I’m Deanna Jubran, and I partner with apparel and consumer brands to help them grow with clarity, intention, and operational strength. With deep experience spanning product development, sourcing and supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and strategic planning, I bring a holistic, execution-driven approach to building scalable, profitable brands.
My career is rooted in both structure and speed. I began at Target Corporation, where I gained a strong foundation in how large, complex organizations operate and scale successfully. From there, I moved into the startup world in Los Angeles, playing a key role in the growth of Pair of Thieves — helping transform a young men’s apparel brand into a nationally recognized business through disciplined product development, operational rigor, and thoughtful go-to-market execution.
